Human Rights Policy

SK Innovation declares the principle of preventing human rights violations across all management activities. This policy covers respect for human rights, prohibition of forced and child labor, non-discrimination, fair working conditions, freedom of association, safety and environment, and human rights due diligence. It also applies to all suppliers and business partners.

Human Rights Due Diligence

In line with international standards such as UNGC and OECD, SK Innovation conducts regular human rights due diligence on domestic and overseas business sites and with major partners, disclosing the results publicly. We also encourage all suppliers to participate, expanding human rights management throughout the supply chain.

Human Rights Training for Employees

SK Innovation affiliates conduct mandatory annual training for all employees on the prevention of sexual harassment and workplace bullying, and regular internal communications are distributed to encourage active participation in these prevention efforts.
