2025 SK Innovation E&S Film
In the era of the climate crisis, the world is taking swift action to transition towards becoming an eco-friendly energy society. In tune with this action, SK Innovation ENS has rebuilt itself as a clean and safe energy solution provider. As the second largest conglomerate in Korea based on total assets, SK Group has secured future growth opportunities by focusing on AI, semiconductor, and energy. SK Innovation is the main company in the group's energy business. SK Innovation is the largest private energy company in the Asia-Pacific region with assets of approximately $70 billion. SK Innovation ENS is a company in company of SK Innovation responsible for lowcarbon LG, renewable energy, hydrogen energy and energy solution businesses. SK Innovation ENS began as a city gas holding company and has established a global LNG value chain, emerging as Korea's number one private LG service operator. [Music] However, our journey doesn't stop here. We are creating a safe and sustainable energy future by connecting various energy sources. [Music] [Music] Our integrated LG value chain will enable us to generate stable profits and accelerate our transition. [Music] [Music] We are at the forefront of a new lowcarbon LG business that uses CCS technology to capture and store carbon emitted from gas fields. The Barrosa gas field in Australia is preparing to apply CCS technology and the lowcarbon LG produced there in the future will contribute to reducing carbon emissions across the entire LG value chain with strong capabilities in the power business. SK Innovation ENS is expanding its presence in the renewable energy sector. We are building a large-scale pipeline focused on solar and wind power projects and going beyond Korea to pioneer new international markets, helping our partners achieve their RE 100 goals. [Music] SK Innovation ENS operates the world's largest hydrogen liquefaction plant, serving as a key stepping stone for advancing the domestic hydrogen ecosystem. From a long-term perspective, we are considering leveraging our expertise in the LG value chain and CCS technology to expand into the blue hydrogen business. This will allow us to create a virtuous cycle ultimately to reduce carbon emissions. [Music] The timely acquisition of Key Capture Energy was a strategic move to enter the US market, the leader in energy solutions with the aim of becoming a top tier global energy solution provider. [Applause] In addition, we are securing the knowhow needed to operate the power grid stably by acquiring Ensolve, a unique district electricity operator in Korea. We are also working to continuously grow our mobility-based energy solution business by leveraging I parking's unrivaled parking lot network in Korea. [Applause] The core businesses of SK Innovation ENS are closely interconnected, generating strong synergies. [Music] In the future, SK Innovation ENS will expand its global LNG value chain and integrated with power value chain business models based on diverse lowcarbon power sources such as renewable energy and hydrogen. Join us on this inspiring journey toward a green energy future with SK Innovation ENS.

Volunteer Week (V-Week) Every year, SK Innovation and its affiliates hold Volunteer Week in both the first and second halves, during which employees at all domestic and overseas business sites participate in volunteer activities. Executives take the lead by actively joining in, helping to promote the company’s unique culture of volunteerism. During this period, a variety of volunteer programs are offered simultaneously, giving employees the opportunity to choose activities that reflect their personal interests. Overseas business sites also carry out their own volunteer initiatives during V-Week, enabling all employees worldwide to contribute to creating social value. V-Badge Guide Badge upgrades are based on cumulative annual volunteer hours, with clear thresholds for each tier: Challenge to Become a SUPEX Hero! Collect a star by achieving the V-Hero Badge! Those who collect stars for five consecutive years receive special recognition. However, if an employee fails to maintain V-Hero status in consecutive years, all previously collected stars will be reset. Volunteer V-Badge To recognize the dedication and achievements of employees who actively practice volunteerism, SK Innovation introduced the V-Badge System in 2024. The system consists of six levels, from Rookie to the top-tier V-Hero (Volunteer Hero). Employees reaching the highest level are honored at the year-end Outstanding Volunteer Awards Ceremony, where executives personally deliver messages of appreciation. Through this system, SK Innovation formally acknowledges those leading in social value creation and fosters a culture of active volunteer participation.
